This is just common news for almost all criminals turned Gurus in India. Rapes , sexual exploitation is done at early age so they shouldn't leave the ashram.
The incident of the 15-year-old girl who was lured into becoming a Jain sadhvi and later raped in Rajasthan has raised many eyebrows over the issue of how poor tribal girls are being exploited.
The girl who was raped sometime back reported to matter to police on Sunday.
Meanwhile, the FIR which was registered at Pavagadh police station in the Panchmahals district was transferred to Falna police station in Pali district of Rajasthan as the crime (rape) took place there. The family of the minor girl is so poor that bringing up the children was a tough job for them. So when the family was told by a friend that their daughter’s life will change if she became a sadhvi, the family agreed.
“Raman Baria was approached by his friend Chimanbhai who suggested that Baria send his elder daughter to become a Jain sadhvi. Chimanbhai assured Baria that his daughter’s life will change for good. In fact, the girl’s family was lured by Chimanbhai,” said a police official from Pavagadh. The girl’s family lives at Ochhi Falia in Shivrajpur village under Pavagadh police station.The whole issue came to light after the FIR was registered with Pavagadh police on Sunday.
On Tuesday, the case was transferred to Falna police station in Pali district of Rajasthan. Panchmahals district superintendent of police JR Muthalia said since the crime happened in Rajasthan, the case had been transferred there for investigation.
Falna police station in-charge sub-inspector Gugaram, when contacted, said that he had been informed about the development but the details were awaited. He said that once the details reached, the police would do the job.
The girl’s farther has alleged that in 2009 his friend took his daughter to Bavla where Jain monks and sadhvis are said to be trained. A Jain sadhvi, Nirmla, was appointed the trainer of Baria’s daughter.
But within a couple of months, the girl came back home. However, Chimanbhai again took the girl to various ashrams at Falna, Khevana and Shivganj.
At these places, the girl was raped by Chimanbhai and three others _ Ashok, Mukesh and a driver Pappu, alleged Baria. In the FIR, it has been said that sadhvi Nirmla also sexually abused the minor girl. Last week, the girl somehow managed to reach a Jain ashram at Abu Road and called her parents.
